Valet parking is always available and no reservations are required. Valet parking fee is $20 a day (except few special events) and offers unlimited in and out service. Due to premoum location of the Beacon Hotel you can walk pretty much anywhere and will have little if any need for a car. Restaurants, clubs, shops, and beach are all just steps away. If you do decide to use valet we suggest to call for your car 20-25 mins ahead of time.
You will find beach chairs and beach towels in your room. It is a complimentary perk for the guests of Beacon South Beach Hotel. You can use them throughout your stay with us. Beach chair rental is also available directly on the beach for $12-$15 for a day. So bury your toes in the warm sand and have a great beach day!
Stores on South Beach stay open till late. Some close as late as 10 pm, especially on the weekends. You will find anything from beach casual wear to expensive boutiques along Ocean Drive, Collins and Washington Avenues. Shopping within walking distance: Ocean Drive, Collins and Washington avenues from 5th street to 15th, Lincoln Road (pedestrian mall) on the 17th street. Shoping within driving distance: Bayside, Aventura Mall, Dolphin Mall, Sawgrass Mills, and - of course - designer shops of Bal Harbor.

This is an easy and popular option. It may be the best choice for a party of 1 or 2 people. Flat rate from Miami International Airport is $34. Taxi fare from Ft. Lauderdale International Airport is $70.
Shuttle
A Super Shuttle is a shared-passenger van. It may be less expensive than a taxi, depending on how many people you have in your party. You can contact Super Shuttle at 305-871-2000.
Private Transportation
